I was in search of a vehicle fast due to my last vehicle recently getting totaled in an accident, and saw a FB marketplace listing of this gorgeous 2011 Mustang GT. I clicked the listing and saw it was listed by Tre from Your Kar company just an hour before seeing it. The next day, I show up to the lot, no appointment no phone call, and let them know I was interested in the add that was posted for the Mustang. I am greeted and helped immediately by Tre, and he pulls the Mustang around to the front immediately. He told me the keys were in the car and to start it up and look at it, so I did. I fell in love on the test drive and came back to start the process for the purchase. Tre made everything quick and easy, there was no long unnecessary wait, no hassle, no BS. Everything was straight to the point and business, which I greatly appreciated. After only about an hour and a half, all the paperwork was done and I was handed the keys and drove it home. I would definitely do business with Tre and the guys again in the future, they are not like the other small and shady dealers around the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area.

My daughter and myself had a great experience from beginning to end. Found the 2013 Ford Mustang online and was contacted right away. Drove from out of state and met the sales person Trevino, who came in on his day off. When I discovered a mechanical issue, Trevino quickly rushed to get it fixed, even though it was late in the day. Days later when i had a few questions, he responded quickly to my texts. Also, paperwork was fast and easy.

I had a great experience at this dealership! From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch. A special shout-out to Tree, the salesman who helped me find the perfect car. He was knowledgeable, honest, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really impressed me was the follow-up service. After the sale, I noticed an issue with the shocks on my car. I brought it back in, and not only did they fix it quickly, but they also did it completely free of charge! That level of care and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare to find these days. I highly recommend this dealership and Tree if you're looking for a new ride and a team that truly stands behind what they sell. Thanks again

As a dealership sales person myself, I was very satisfied with my experience with these guys. Their process was simple and professional. Shout out to Tree, who was my initial contact sales person from my internet inquiry, Billy, the sales associate who got me on my test drive(s) to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, as well as Anthony, the finance manager, who thoroughly disclosed and explained the “fine-print” items upon signing. If you’re anticipating purchasing a vehichle from Your Kar Company INC, I’m vouching from my professional opinion, that I 10/10 highly recommended doing business with this group!
